By using the z93 platform, you are considered to have accepted these terms — please read them before continuing.

Terms of Service Agreement

This agreement sets out the official terms that apply to all players (referred to as "users") who use the z93 platform (referred to as "z93" or "the Company") website and related services.

By visiting the z93 website, opening an account, or playing any game, the user is understood to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the service immediately and do not continue using z93.

z93 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are posted on the website. Continued use after any update is taken as acceptance of those changes.

Section 1 — Account Registration Requirements

The following conditions must be met to use z93 services

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be playing of your own free will and for yourself — playing on behalf of another person is not permitted.
  • Each person may open only one account; opening a second account by the same person is strictly prohibited.
  • You must ensure that online gaming is legal for you under the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • All information provided when registering an account must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Inaccurate Information

z93 may close any account registered with false or concealed personal information without prior notice, and may hold any remaining balance. z93 is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from such action.

Account Security

Users must keep their login details and password confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. All actions taken through your account are your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

Section 2 — Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks
  • Payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, Bank Transfer
  • Deposits are accepted in Myanmar Kyat only
  • After depositing, the amount must be reflected in the player's account immediately
  • Do not accumulate deposit requests — if the amount is incorrect, contact us immediately

Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks
  • Withdrawal processing time — 30 minutes to 3 hours (Myanmar Standard Time)
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit
  • If personal identity details do not match the registered information, withdrawals may be suspended
  • Submitted withdrawal requests cannot be amended

All deposit and withdrawal amounts are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only. Any delays may be due to the bank or payment system and are not the responsibility of z93.

Section 3 — Bonus and Promotions

First Deposit Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit at z93 can receive a 150% welcome bonus of up to 300,000 Ks. For example —

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving you 50,000 Ks to play with. Wagering requirement: 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks
  • Deposit 200,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 300,000 Ks (maximum bonus amount). Wagering requirement: 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks

Wagering Requirement (Rollover)

To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 25 (play through the bonus 25 times). To check whether your wagering requirement has been met, contact us via Live Chat.

General Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses are available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device
  • If z93 suspects that multiple players are colluding to abuse bonuses, the bonus may be voided and accounts suspended
  • After receiving a bonus, you may not withdraw until the combined deposit and bonus amount has met the wagering requirement
  • If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings from it may be forfeited
  • z93 may modify or discontinue the bonus program at any time without prior notice

Section 4 — Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

z93 is committed to ensuring that all players can play in a fair and lawful manner. Players must also commit to using this platform without any malicious intent.

Strictly Prohibited Actions

  • Using software bots, scripts, or arbitrage systems that bypass bonuses
  • Conducting money laundering through z93
  • Colluding with other players to abuse bonuses
  • Opening an account using another person's identity details
  • Using a VPN to bypass regional or country restrictions
  • Hacking or exploiting the service through outdated methods
  • Harassing, threatening, or acting with hostility toward other players

If z93 finds that any of these prohibited actions have been violated, actions such as voiding bonuses, suspending accounts, closing accounts, and confiscating balances may be taken.

Section 5 — Responsible Gaming

Players must fully understand that gambling is for entertainment and financial losses can occur. Only players 21 and above are permitted to play at z93.

  • Only play with amounts you can afford — do not expect to recover what you have lost
  • Do not gamble when you are under financial pressure
  • If you want to limit your play, use z93's self-exclusion and limit-setting services

Section 6 — Personal Data Protection

z93 protects players' personal information using SSL encryption technology. Players' payment details and personal data are never sold to third parties.

  • A copy of your National ID or other identity documents may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification
  • The information you provided will be cross-checked through KYC verification
  • Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC is completed

Section 7 — Copyright and Limitation of Liability

Intellectual Property

The designs, code, trademarks, and content on the z93 website are protected by z93's intellectual property rights. Players are prohibited from copying, distributing, or modifying any of this content without prior permission.

Limitation of Liability

z93 is not responsible for losses arising from the following —

  • Errors made by the player themselves (including betting decisions)
  • Issues caused by third-party software or network connectivity
  • Force Majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages)
  • Losses resulting from the player's failure to comply with these terms

z93's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player.

Section 8 — Amendments and Account Closure

Amendments to Terms

z93 may amend these terms with or without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately from the date they are posted on the website. Players should check regularly for updates.

Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your z93 account, you can notify us at [email protected]. Please note that any bonus funds with pending wagering requirements may be forfeited upon closure. Whether any remaining balance can be withdrawn will be discussed and arranged with the player.

Closure by z93

z93 may immediately close any account that violates these terms without prior notice, and may withhold funds related to the violation. z93's decision in such matters is final.

Section 9 — Dispute Resolution

Any financial or game-related dispute must first be raised through z93's customer support team — via 24-hour Live Chat or [email protected].

  • Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident
  • z93 will review the complaint impartially and issue a final decision
  • For technical game disputes, only the game provider's server log will be accepted as the authoritative record
  • If you disagree with the decision, you are free to continue using the platform — however, z93's decision is final at the platform level

Section 10 — General Provisions

  • These terms constitute the entire agreement between z93 and the player, and supersede any previous agreements or understandings
  • If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court or other means, the remaining provisions will continue to apply
  • If z93 chooses to overlook a violation on one occasion, this does not mean subsequent violations will also be overlooked
  • z93 may transfer its rights, obligations, or information to third parties — players may not do the same
  • This version written in the Myanmar language is the official version

Terms & Conditions FAQ

Only players aged 21 and above may play on z93. If an underage account is found, it will be closed immediately and any funds played will not be refunded.

Each person is allowed only one account. If a second or third account is found under the same person, bonuses will be cancelled and only the original account will be kept.

The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example — if you receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, you must wager 30,000 × 25 = 750,000 Ks before withdrawing.

Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours of the request. Delays may occur if KYC verification is incomplete or due to payment system issues.

Using a bot or script to play breaks fair play for all players. If this is detected, the account will be closed and bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

You can ask via Live Chat exactly which games count in full and which count only partially toward wagering. Note that bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
